About Us
Our Story
We discovered the power of custom automation tooling while working together at a tech start-up. During our time there, we were part of a team managing software implementation projects for external clients. Despite working in a technical environment, our tasks and necessary work were bottlenecked by inefficient processes and the lack of internal tools to complete what needed to be done. The processes we inherited were manual, prone to error, and slow. These tasks would take weeks of work per client to accomplish with varying degrees of accuracy. Knowing there had to be a better way, we created a suite of custom tools using VBA, SQL, and Python that began saving thousands of labor hours and tens of thousands of dollars for the company and the company’s clients.
Those automation tools that saved so much labor and money, inspired us to ask, “If our small team could benefit so much by this type of work, what solutions can we build for others? How much time and money could we truly start saving for people?” These questions led to the creation of Baseline Automation Group.
Our developers have worked within the Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Gov-Tech, and Insurance industries where they have successfully implemented automation tools for small businesses and Fortune 100 companies. Our automation solutions have saved thousands of labor hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for these companies.
Our Goal
Baseline Automation Group bridges the gap between large-scale enterprise software and our client’s in-house capacity and technical ability. We have seen first-hand the inefficiencies created by slow, non-standardized, manual work processes and aim to get rid of them for you.
We want to make your job as easy as possible! We solve those inefficiencies by creating easy to use, scalable, and fast tools that increase standardization, decrease errors, save time, and save money. These tools can be as simple as adding a custom button to an Excel Spreadsheet that turns hours of work into seconds with a single click, or advanced Python scripts that automate larger-scale processes.
