Will Koen
Founder & Principal Automation Developer
Born and raised in Texas and educated in Colorado, Will has spent his career working in the Finance, Software, and Insurance industries ranging from start-ups to companies with a global footprint. He specializes in all things data and multi-language automation programming using Python, VBA, and SQL. When not writing some code or enjoying an Excel Spreadsheet, Will can be found trying to catch every fish in his local rivers or growing a salsa garden at home!
Tim McCallum
Founder & Software Operations Manager
Born, raised, and educated in Colorado, Tim has spent his career in various industries ranging from Construction, Oil & Gas, Software, and Finance. Previously a Lead Software Implementation Manager, Tim brings years of Software Development Management and expertise to Baseline Automation Group. Aside from Operations Management, Tim focuses on SQL queries, VBA quality assurance, software testing, and coding. When he isn’t at work, he can be found anywhere in the mountains or rivers of his home range riding bikes, skiing, and catching a fish here and there as well!
